The “shin” letter on the front of this wide Mezuzah case is a reminder of the Divine protection offered by the Kosher scroll inside. “Shin” is also the first letter of the Shema Yisrael prayer – declaration of faith. Here, the letter is elegantly cutout on a dark green background.
